The authors of Successful Restaurant Design have been teaching and writing about restaurant design for over 25 years. The second edition of Successful Restaurant Design builds on the success of the first edition that was first published in 1989 and the third edition will continue this tradition. This is the only textbook that covers issues related to both front and back of the house design in restaurants. Unlike the coffee table books with lavish color photography, Successful Restaurant Design is a text-based book that integrated images in support of the text.
