Successful Restaurant Design was written to help professionals and students in their quest for successful restaurant design. This book serves as a starting point for that quest however the resources available over the Web are seemingly endless.

To that end, the authors have developed and will maintain this learning resources page in an ongoing effort to support those who wish to further their investigation of restaurant design.

The Effects of Color-
     We have assembled these shots to demonstrate the impact of different lighting hues on the same plate of food. The light source (the type of bulb) in concert with the color of the light source, or the color that is generated when light bounces off of a colored surface will change the appearance of food.
